It’s a new year, and it’s time for Hollywood’s new superstar. It’s too soon to tell who it will be, but Aly Michalka isn’t resting on her laurels this year. Starting with a new movie, hit TV show, and working on her music career, Michalka is the one to watch in 2011.
Michalka started acting at the age of five—and hasn’t stopped since. She started in stage productions by churches her family attended outside Seattle, Washington and in Thousand Oaks, California. She was featured in numerous musicals, including “Jailhouse Rock” and “A Time to Remember”.
Michalka then made a jump from church productions to the Disney Channel. She played Keely Teslow on Phil of the Future and Taylor Callum in the Disney Channel original movie Cow Belles. A few years later, she matured and now stars on the popular CW show Hellcats.

There’s not much known about this photoshoot, but we do know the PR person behind it is called Winston Seto, and that Aly’s on the picture. When more information becomes available, you’ll be notified! Check out the pic below:

It seems to be a photoshoot with Aly, Lyndsy Fonseca, Shane West, Jared Padalecki and some more Warner Brothers Canada celebrities. The photoshoot is for a Warner Brothers promotional for all their shows. The celebrities won’t be photographed together though. It was also reported that Aly was the first to arrive at the set, being 20 mins early!

The 21-year-old California girl stars in this month’s go-to horror flick, The Roommate, and it’s time to pay attention. We recently went behind the pom-poms with Aly on the set of Hellcats to talk guns, guy friends, guns, and guns again (naturally).

I’m a huge book fanatic, and I shoot. I’m very comfortable around guns. I’ve been shooting since I was 9. I usually shoot a .22 Magnum, but I prefer a shotgun because the feeling is incredible. Read more… »

Peppe was kind enough to inform us that he found a stunning unknown photoshoot of Aly & AJ. There are some more photos at AlyMichalkaFans from the same set but since they were LQ I didin’t put them in the gallery! They look like a continuation of the Seventeen shoot so if that’s the case maybe we will see them in the Magazine soon. Hopefully the HQ versions of the pics I put in the gallery are released! Enjoy!
