StyleBistro guest editor Debby Ryan is a Disney gal at heart, so it only makes sense that one of her style icons is a former Disney star herself. When we chatted with Debby, she revealed she loves Alyson Michalka’s style.

Alyson, who many know as half of the musical duo Aly & AJ spent many years as a Disney Channel staple on shows like Phil of the Future. Debby looks up to Alyson, not only for her look, but how she carries herself. She says:
“I feel like every time she’s on a [red] carpet she’s gorgeous. She knows her body, she knows how to dress for her body. She makes curves look beautiful, but she’s also tiny and so she’s kind of a really cool balance.”
